On Queen’s Road in Central, all together against the central government’s. Out of 7 million inhabitants in Hong Kong, only 1,200 have the voting right. In other words, Hong Kong people have no say in who becomes their Chief Executive. They want the situation to change.

2012, the year Beijing promised to allow universal suffrage to the people of Hong Kong for the selection of a Chief Executive – now postponed to 2017. Few believe the central government will keep this promise.
